Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will assist customers during the activation of their wireless phone plans, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the activation of their wireless phone plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for customers experiencing issues during activation.
  • Answer inquiries related to REALLY’s plans, services, and features, including Clutch and Limitless plans.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for common technical problems, including device setup, network connectivity, and account configuration.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with other support teams and escalate complex technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of technical support resources, such as FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting articles.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
