Overview:

As a VRF Sales Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and business growth related to Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology and HVAC systems. Your primary focus will be on identifying sales opportunities, engaging with clients, providing technical consultations, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, technical expertise in VRF technology, and a track record of driving successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Sales Engagement:

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the VRF technology and HVAC systems market.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to showcase the benefits of VRF systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of VRF technology and its applications to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including system design recommendations and product specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Offer post-sale support, including product training, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the HVAC or building automation industry.
  • Strong understanding of VRF technology and its applications.
