- Assist in creating the sales pipeline for the company's products and services.
- Increasing the customer base for Ultralife's key products.
- Finding and following new sales leads
- Develop customer relationships into a long-term strategic partnerships
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
- Write business proposal for new programs
- Manage new opportunities from opportunity identification through customer commitment.
- Assist in customer specific strategic direction to achieve commercial targets
- Assist in planning and execution of new sales campaigns
- Work cross functionally with sales, operations, and engineering
- Attend trade shows and other networking events.
- Achieve key performance metrics as outlined in the annual operating plan
