Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.Expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.Strong communication and crisis management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Dedication to diversity, cultural competence, and social justice in clinical practice.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
