Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOliver Behavioral Consultants is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Delta, CO. This multifaceted role is essential to our front office operations and the growth of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be versatile, eager to learn, and comfortable working with various departments and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
  • Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously.
  • Manage phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist clients with forms, paperwork, and general information.
  • Ensure the waiting area is welcoming, clean, and organized.
Client Services Support:
  • Coordinate with our Client Services department to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in managing appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Medical Billing Assistance:
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Cycle Manager on billing processes and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting billing claims to insurance companies.
  • Handle insurance verification and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Track and follow up on unpaid claims, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing activities.
Marketing and Outreach:
  • Support marketing efforts to promote our clinic's services.
  • Participate in networking and outreach activities within the community to build relationships and increase clinic visibility.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, both digital and print.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in one or more relevant fields such as front office management, client services, medical billing, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and technology.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with department leaders and team members.
  • Spanish language skills are encouraged but not required.
