Overview:

Relo Metrics is an AI-powered, fast growing, global Saas company that works with marquee sports leagues, clubs, agencies and brands to help them realize and optimize the value of their sports sponsorship investments. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to join our operations team. The Data Operations Associate will be a vital addition to our operations team, ensuring that all client setups, particularly sponsors and placements, are accurately configured for effective tracking. In this cross-functional role, the individual will bridge operations and customer success, ensuring our clients experience seamless integration and derive maximal value from our analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Setup & Configuration:

  • Ensure accurate setup and configuration within Relo’s internal platform to process data correctly.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the correctness of setup configurations.

Recording Process:

  • Lead the relationship between Relo and our strategic partners who manage our data centers and recording process. Troubleshoot complex errors that are crucial to creating and delivering high quality.
  • Managing Relo’s data recording systems to ensure that Relo is correctly set up to capture media for accurate analysis.
  • Creatively working through issues that arise with various recording providers to ensure that we have all necessary footage available for client analysis

Operational Excellence:

  • Adopt and enhance protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy in setup processes.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes by providing feedback and proposing optimizations.

Data Management:

  • Own the process of converting ad-hoc analysis needs of clients to our internal platform to ensure they are processed within SLA.
  • Work with the data analytics team to troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.

Communication:

  • Communicate with stakeholders when necessary to clarify setup details and requirements, ensuring total alignment.
  • Work cross functionally with development teams to help determine automation enhancements to future-proof our solutions

Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Operations Sports Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Data Operations role, preferably in the sports industry or startups.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with sponsorship management or sports marketing is a plus.
