Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Prospect and establish relationships with businesses in need of recruitment services. Identify decision-makers, pitch services, and negotiate terms to secure partnerships.

  2. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Utilize market insights to tailor recruitment strategies and enhance business development efforts.

  3. Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and executives. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand your reach.

  4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and referrals. Develop creative approaches to capture the attention of potential clients and candidates.

  5. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client. Offer consultative advice and propose tailored recruitment solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

  6. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for client positions. Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on client requirements.

  7. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and loyalty. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and communication throughout the recruitment process.

  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, such as client acquisition rates, candidate placements, and revenue generation. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or recruiting roles, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.

  2. Networking Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities with the capacity to build rapport and establish connections with diverse stakeholders.
