We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead and manage our diverse array of programs, ensuring they are aligned with our mission and have a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new programs and initiatives that address emerging community needs.
  • Oversee program evaluation and ensure continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes, identifying areas for growth, and implementing best practices.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support program managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program delivery and impact.
  • Represent the organization at community meetings, events, and conferences to raise awareness of our programs and mission.
  • Develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director and finance team, ensuring programs are financially sustainable and align with the organization’s overall budget.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and sponsorships, to support program growth and sustainability.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the Executive Director, board of directors, funders, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance against goals and objectives, ensuring accountability and transparency in all program activities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful program development, implementation, and evaluation in areas such as Leadership Development, Housing, Economic Mobility, Education, and Health Wellness.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a non-profit organization.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for social justice, community empowerment, and making a positive impact.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and fundraising.
  • Proficiency in using program management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
