We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Securitas Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that our business is managed in a consistent and highly professional manner, ensuring compliance with client agreements, internal policies, and standards.
- Lead day-to-day client engagement and develop strategic recommendations to address client business problems.
- Provide direction and support to country teams to deliver on client needs and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Represent the entire range of company services and products, and develop customer accounts and Securitas business planning cycles.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international business and contracting, with a wide business experience desirable.
- Experience of working cross-border, internationally, remotely, with adaptability to support business needs in differing time zones.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and demonstrated ability to bring diverse teams together to work on a common goal.
- Experience working with clients at Senior Manager and/or Director level.
- Experience working independently and in team settings.
- Experience with stakeholder management, project management, data management, and risk and compliance frameworks.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication/listening skills.
- Proficiency in I.T. skills, notably in O-365 (Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Power-BI, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Flexibility of working hours to support differing time zones and working practices.
- Experience with fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- A base salary of $105K annually.
- A full benefit package, including medical insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, 4 floating holidays, 6 sick days, 10 vacation days accrued, and 401K.
