Salary

  • Hourly-based Pay with Commission Opportunities in addition
  • Candidates have the opportunity to make up to $54,000.00/annually

Responsibilities

The idealOutreach Specialistis an energetic, outgoing, go-getter, who will be responsible for building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through in-person conversations at specified locations.

  • Obtain and update leads
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Update lead generation database
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales process


Our Hiring Process

  3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager

Job requirements

  • GED or High School diploma
  • 1-year experience in Lead Generation isdesired, but not required
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling desired but not required
  • Experience with maintaining databases desired but not required
  • Proficient in Google: Docs, Sheets
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Curious nature, positive attitude, and determined
  • Strong communication skills in person/over the phone
  • Organized

  • Friendly, well-groomed, and flexible
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
