Boyer & Ritter is looking for Audit Senior Associates to join our growing practice.

We have opportunities available in Camp Hill, State College, and Chambersburg locations

Boyer & Ritter is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing team.

  • Assist in carrying out audit, accounting, assurance, and other services to clients
  • Deal with complex accounting issues and specialized assignments
  • Run large and complex engagements while supervising staff or run several smaller engagements simultaneously
  • Develop new client relationships and enhance current relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Coordinate service activities with clients and oversee staff accountants
  • Assist in mentoring and training staff
  • Excel in a dynamic work environment servicing a variety of clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA license
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a public accounting firm or industry accounting experience in Construction, Government, Auto Dealership, or Employee Benefit Plans a PLUS
  • Ability to complete various assignments within time constraints and deadlines
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical and collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
