Job Title: Operations Specialist


What you will bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Deposit Operations function. This position involves coordinating work within the unit or department, collaborating with other departments, and reporting relevant information to the immediate supervisor. Requirements:

Essential Duties:

  • Performs Net Settlement.
  • Performs Uploads and Data Entry to Clients' Accounts.
  • Provides Customer Service and resolves queries over the telephone.
  • Maintains filing systems per record retention regulations.
  • Maintains Confirms.com.
  • Verifies the opening of Deposit Accounts.
  • Utilize various resources to resolve questions, issues, and international investigations.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver superior levels of customer support and service in alignment with the Bank's goals and objectives.

Non-Essential Duties:

  • Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Willingly learn other duties within the department to provide backup when necessary for coverage purposes.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in bank operations or related positions required.
  • Moderate typing and computer skills.
  • Visual and Auditory skills.
  • Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes.
  • Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills.
