What You’ll Do

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of raw goods and components to ensure timely reordering.
  • Work Order Processing: Create and process work orders, including assisting with kit builds.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring adjustments are made during the work order process.
  • Production Support: Record production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the movement of raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
  • Production Readiness: Ensure all materials needed for production are in the inspection area 24-72 hours prior to the scheduled production run.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in production management and scheduling is desired.
  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in NetSuite being a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
