Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. $20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Manage and organize listing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses
  • Assist with client communication, including answering inquiries and providing updates on listings
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for property listings
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases and filing paperwork
  • Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining the office
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team
Qualifications:
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
