Responsibilities:

  • Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
  • Lead the MOVE FORWARD Teams and provide direction, support and resources as required.
  • Effectively use program tools including assessments, audits, educational resources and technology to improve resident care and quality of life.
  • Complete and analyze program reports.
  • Execute on-site program initiatives within the community.
  • Provide program education to staff, resident and family members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have a current MN RN license and be in good standing.
  • Must be able to travel locally as needed up to 10% of the time.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead and work with staff, residents and families.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines.
  • Understand, interpret, and utilize data to improve resident care.
