Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in guided entry-level tasks related to Tesla electric vehicles
  • Utilize a range of hand, power, and workshop tools
  • Conduct various collision repair tasks, including detailing, paint preparation, disassembly, reassembly, estimating, and mechanical work
  • Assist experienced technicians in the repair of Tesla electric vehicles
  • Maintain inventory and records of time, shop supplies, and parts as required
  • Support both Front and Back of House operations as necessary or on a rotational basis
Qualifications
  • Understanding of collision repair techniques and methods
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to report to a local collision repair facility
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a focus on safety
  • Basic proficiency in the English language
  • Fundamental computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
