The Opportunity

We are searching for an enthusiastic and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by managing our sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads
  • Conduct thorough customer needs assessments
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified prospects
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Adept at relationship building and exceeding customer expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
