We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and HVAC technicians. If you have excellent organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for providing top-notch service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a strongly administrative role so that type of experience is a definite plus
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments and maintenance visits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates on service status.
  • Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites and ensure they have all necessary information and materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management and order parts and supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a service coordination, administrative or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using scheduling and dispatch software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
