Pay Rate: $18 per hour depending on education and experience

Shifts available are Monday-Friday from Noon- 8pm..

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited high school is required. Bachelor’s degree in a human service field (Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice/Criminology) preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Experience Requirements:

One year experience in a human services field required. This could include schooling/training. Experience working with economically disadvantaged, vulnerable or at-risk youth and/or young adults.

The Hospital Admissions Coordinator for Camber Children’s Mental Health assists with the coordination of intakes and assessments for residential and short term hospitalization of clients. The job is fast paced and requires accuracy and attention to detail. The Coordinator will have contact with physicians, nurses and UR to ensure timely, accurate and complete assessments are performed on children and youth and make appropriate referrals for placement and services based on the assessment. The Coordinator is responsible for completing intake and assessment documentation with new patients and their families. This position allows working from home with occasional visits to our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS, for training.
