 Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers
  • Verify loan information for accuracy at time of disclosure
  • Disclose initial disclosures promptly and accurately
  • Ensure that all required regulatory, state, and investor disclosures are included in disclosed packages
  • Duplication of prior loan files
  • Ability to adhere to compliance timelines
  • Following up with Loan Officers to ensure they sign the application in a timely manner

 Skills & Experience needed:       

  • Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an in-office position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of our organization
