Join Our Team: Events Assistant

Are you an organized and energetic individual with a passion for event planning and coordination? Style Netbox is seeking a talented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events for our clients. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure every detail is meticulously managed, delivering unforgettable experiences that align with our clients' visions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the event planning process.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary event materials and services.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare event materials such as schedules, guest lists, and promotional items.
  • Monitor and report on event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated funds.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
