The Warehouse Lead will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and will support the day-to-day operations of our Soft Goods division within a 400,000 square foot warehouse. The Warehouse Lead will direct the work of their focused team of Associates, and will support the daily operations, provide support and oversight in their specialized area and maintain high standards of safety and a positive culture of communication at all times.

The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 1 year of proven warehouse experience and is ready to take on more. This candidate will be trained in all areas of soft goods, including fulfillment, receiving, returns, wholesale, replenishment, cycle counts and QA. This candidate must have the desire and ability to problem solve. Operate in a fast paced, high-pressured environment and enjoy developing efficient processes and leading their team to success in a positive environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated associates; assign and oversee daily productivity
    Report daily productivity to supervisors as directed
    Monitor inventory for fulfillment and replenish as needed
    Troubleshoot receiving software and maintain receiving equipment; tablets, scanners, etc.,
    Serve as a resource to the soft goods receiving and fulfillment team
    Working alongside the Fulfillment and Receiving Lead to maximize efficiency across all Soft Goods function
    Help support training, coaching and ongoing feedback at all times
    Communicate issues and updates to supervisors in real time
    Relocate bulk products, replenish picking areas and oversee container unloading
    Serve as a backup to the fulfillment and Receiving or any lead position
    Ensure a safe and clean work area

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year forklift experience
    Bilingual in English and Spanish
    Proficient in Computer Functions, email, WMS software, etc.,
    Strong communication skills and ability to articulate instructions verbal and written form.
    Ability to problem solve when situations arise
    Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure or deadlines
    Ability to multitask and prioritize time
