Job Summary: As a Recruiter at Premiere, you will play a crucial role in our growth and development by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your recruiting skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy.
  • Post job openings to job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, making recommendation to hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Participate in college recruiting events, job fairs, and networking events to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is up-to-date and compliant.
    • Utilize HR technology tools for managing candidate data, tracking and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates and timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in recruiting techniques.
  • Ensure recruitment and hiring processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Strong interest in a career in recruiting or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Preferred experience with phone and in-person interviews/screening.
    • Experience giving feedback & difficult conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Negotiation and selling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS software
  • A proactive initiative and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
