Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' insurance needs by gathering and analyzing information about their personal or business risks.
- Recommend and offer insurance products from various providers that best meet clients' needs and budgets.
- Provide clients with detailed information on policy options, coverage terms, and pricing.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Review and update clients' insurance policies as needed, based on changes in their circumstances or coverage requirements.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations.
- Resolve client issues, such as claims or policy adjustments, by liaising with insurance providers and advocating on their behalf.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (insurance-related certifications preferred).
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar sales or customer service role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or tasks effectively.
