Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. The Front Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a positive and professional first impression. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Order and maintain office supplies


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
