Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding our products, services, and facilities.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
