Long Term Contract
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories.
- Day-to-day tasks may include processing requisitions, purchase orders, quotes, supplier management, conducting market research, negotiating pricing, establishing terms and conditions for services, resolving invoice discrepancies, and communicating the status of purchases with internal customers
- Create and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI), Negotiate and managing supplier relationships.
- Negotiate, write and maintain the Technology contracts, Software Licensing, purchase orders.
- Process business requests to issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Resolves discrepancies with outside vendors and internal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement principles and practices or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
