StretchLab Huntsville is searching for a passionate and experienced full-time Fitness Studio Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a competitive salary ranging from $38,000 to $40,000 per year and the potential to earn up to $55,000 with a commission, along with amazing benefits like:

You will enjoy a stable schedule, working Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. This full-time fitness management position ensures you have the perfect balance between work and personal time.


WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As a Fitness Studio Manager, you will dive into a variety of tasks that keep our studio running smoothly and our clients coming back for more. From running sales reports and managing staff to overseeing community outreach and social media, your role will be pivotal in driving membership, retention, and event planning. You'll focus on meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets through strategic initiatives like in-club lead generation and member referrals. With the support of the franchise owner and a dedicated team, you'll showcase your leadership qualities, building strong relationships with both prospective and current members. Your ability to juggle sales, marketing, and operations while creating an energetic and communal experience will be key to our studio's success.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A FITNESS STUDIO MANAGER?

  • 2+ years of fitness membership or similar recurring membership services sales experience
  • 2+ years of previous fitness management experience
  • Ability to generate personal sales and train team members on sales processes
  • Ability to manage and grow four revenue streams, including memberships, package sales, retail, and fees
  • Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software
  • Passion for fitness
  • Ability to handle confidential information
