Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will play a crucial role in providing transportation assistance to our customers, ensuring their convenience and satisfaction while their vehicles are being serviced at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from their desired destinations, including home, work, or other local areas, using dealership-provided shuttle vehicles.
• Provide a friendly and professional greeting to customers, assisting them with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle and ensuring their comfort during transit.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, maintaining a clean driving record and safe driving practices at all times.
• Coordinate shuttle schedules and routes with service advisors and dealership staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation for customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about shuttle services, dealership amenities, and service process as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles, including regular interior and exterior cleaning and routine maintenance checks.
• Assist with other tasks and responsibilities within the dealership as needed, including assisting with customer check-in and providing general assistance to service and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices.
• Previous experience as a driver or chauffeur preferred, with a strong understanding of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage or packages, as required.
