KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Assist and conduct counter sales as needed and as required.
  • Handles all interactions with effective communication and positivity.
  • Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on potential and targeted customers.
  • Use electronic and published catalogs to provide product, pricing and availability information to customers.
  • Presents and discusses the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding of both company products and customer needs
  • Input customer orders, quotes, bid, etc. for products.
  • Attends to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitates satisfactory resolution
  • Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains records to produce accurate order pipeline
  • Establish relationships within the community as a representative of the organization
  • Able to balance priorities and work with team members to adjust workload to ensure coverage
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure clients receive promised deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned


LOCATION

Company is located in Georgetown, TX 78626. Reasonable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience working within the promotional products industry is preferred (Preferred)

Customer Service experience and/or prior experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers (Required)

LICENSE & CERTIFICATION

Driver's License (Required)

Work authorization (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
