$98 - $115K per year, plus benefits.
The Electronic Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility’s electronic systems and equipment. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and leadership skills will be key in maintaining and improving the maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and perform preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic systems to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities to avoid disruptions to production.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on building and machine maintenance experience with a strong focus on electrical / electronic systems.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of electronic systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and directing a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
