Your Role

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Care: Administering respiratory therapy treatments, evaluating patients, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Critical Response: Providing advanced respiratory support during emergencies, including life-saving measures.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with physicians, staff, and directors to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
  • Education: Educating patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduated from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
  • Licensure: MA Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL) and National Board Respiratory Care RRT (NBRC-RRT).
  • Certifications: CPR certification.
  • Experience: While six months of staff therapist experience is preferred, we welcome all qualified candidates.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills, with a willingness to engage in ongoing education.
