Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our sales pipeline growth. As an SDR, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads for our cutting-edge AI solutions. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients who align with AI TalentFlow's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Utilize company-provided tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless for efficient research and lead generation.
  • Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects through targeted cold calls and email campaigns, leveraging HubSpot's Email Templates and Sequences.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads generated from AI TalentFlow's marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition for promising leads to Account Executives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking within HubSpot CRM.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of AI TalentFlow's AI solutions and addressing their specific needs.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Secure appointments or calls between qualified leads and Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on key sales metrics, including calls made, emails sent, and SQLs generated.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out new leads.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • A genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform businesses.
  • 20 to 24 hours a week
