Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary materials
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • One (1) year of office work experience is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • The ability to handle confidential information is required
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required

Your Experience:
