Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  2. Order Processing:

    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Update customers on order status and any potential delays.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and service issues.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.
  5. Additional Duties:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
