Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Update customers on order status and any potential delays.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and service issues.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
