Requirements:


1. Reception and Greeting:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

2. Telephone Management:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Take and relay messages to the relevant staff.
  • Provide information to callers and handle general inquiries.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients, guests, or employees.
  • Maintain the office calendar to coordinate appointments and meetings.

4. Clerical Duties:
