Blunier Builders, Inc. is a fast growing post frame construction company headquartered in Washington, IL that specializes in post frame buildings (pole buildings) for a variety of applications including Agriculture, Residential, and Commercial. We are currently seeking a welcoming, friendly, and motivated individual to join our office staff located in Washington, IL


Qualifications:

  • Experience with front desk reception duties is a plus, but we will train the right person that is responsible, motivated, on-time, and honest
  • Intermediate or better computer skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and welcoming demeanor

Job duties:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the correct department
  • Notifying salespeople when potential customers or leads call in
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating company events and gatherings
  • Greeting incoming guests and customers with a friendly attitude and getting them situated with any scheduled meetings
  • Assisting with some accounting work
