AEVEX Aerospace is seeking exceptionally qualified Intelligence Analysts (IA) to support USSOCOM in some of the most critical and dynamic environments. As an Intelligence Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of operational intelligence, delivering crucial insights that drive mission success for senior leaders and Special Operations Forces (SOF).

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Charge: Conduct thorough research and develop high-impact intelligence products, including counterterrorism (CT) and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and political/military analysis.
  • Operational Expertise: Interface with top-tier intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploiting enemy personnel and crafting post-screening analytical products that support targeting efforts and threat analysis.
  • Drive Mission Success: Produce intelligence assessments and products that empower SOF Task Forces in executing the F3EAD targeting cycle, ensuring every mission is backed by actionable intelligence.
  • Be Ready: Maintain global readiness and be prepared to deploy on short notice to hazardous duty/combat zones, where your expertise will be critical in permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments.
Essential Functions:
  • Expert-Level Skills: Utilize advanced targeting skills with firsthand experience in targeting networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
  • Master the F3EAD Cycle: Deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle and proficiency with the latest data, tools, and techniques.
  • Analytical Excellence: Command advanced Microsoft Office skills and use state-of-the-art analytic tools, databases, and intelligence systems to deliver top-notch intelligence products.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with at least 5 years at the operational level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in current intelligence-related automation, tools, and databases.
  • Communication Skills: Strong briefing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data-at-rest analysis, Regional and Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively as part of a team to identify trends and information of value.
  • SOF & CT Acumen: Acute knowledge of SOF and counterterrorism intelligence operations is highly desirable.
  • Security & Deployment Ready: Must hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, possess a valid US passport, and be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, and security screenings.

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

Salary Range$37—$40.78 USD
