What Will I Be Doing?
- Delivering high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children and families using the Family Centered Treatment model.
- Working towards preserving families through weekly in-home sessions and community-based services.
Am I a Good Fit?
Successful team members demonstrate:
- A passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Flexibility, as the role requires afternoon, evening, and potential weekend hours for session planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is required.
- Two years of experience working with youth or families is necessary.
- One year of clinical work experience is preferred.
- Must be a QMHP or eligible to register as a QMHP. (Refer to the Virginia Board of Counseling requirements here)
- FCT Certification provided by Health Connect America upon hire.
- Office is located in Sterling. Referrals in surrounding areas to include Reston, Chantilly and Centreville.
Pay: $50,000 per year
