We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Centered Treatment Specialist/Therapist to join our team at Saint Francis Community Services. As a Family Centered Treatment Specialist/Therapist, you will provide intensive prevention services to families in their home, helping them develop the skills and solutions they need to reduce risks and maintain wholeness.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-home family treatment, adhering to the Family Centered Treatment model and ensuring fidelity to the program.
- Enroll in Wheels of Change and complete FCT certification within 1 year of start date.
- Attend and participate in weekly team supervision meetings, where cases are reviewed and feedback is provided.
- Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents, reports, and assessments in a timely manner, reflecting the FCT language.
- Provide intervention to families in crisis situations and serve as a liaison with DCF, courts, schools, other providers, and community.
- Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social or family services, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance Check, an Adult Registry check, and a FBI Fingerprint check.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
