Community Intern - Summer 2024


Reporting to: Director of Community

Department: Marketing

Hourly expectation: 20 hours per week minimum (PT) 40 hours per week (FT)


Job Overview:

Community Support

  • Support on the day-to-day management of Bubble’s community channels. You will be both proactive and reactive with the community, aiming to engage across questions, comments and tagged posts efficiently and with the aim to build meaningful connections and experiences

  • Be responsible for ideating new weekly Challenges in SocialLadder

  • Ideate and develop new ways to interact and engage with the community outside of current offerings

  • Serve as a thought leader in the campus community and share best practices, general guidance and brand standards + guidelines with brand ambassadors

  • Review pending college ambassador applications daily

Engagement

  • Respond to community inquiries on Insiders social media accounts

  • Maintain daily connections with ambassadors through social media engagement by engaging on ambassadors posts through mentions & tagged videos/photos, ambassador and program hashtag searches, etc.

  • Ensure all ambassador-related DMs are covered and inbound inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

  • Engage with our current brand & college ambassadors in Geneva

College Marketing

  • Brainstorm ways to activation and market Bubble on campus through social media, samplings, rep engagements and other experiential marketing

  • Work hand in hand with the community and campus teams to develop compelling and authentic strategy to drive 360 marketing campaigns, new launches, support core hero products and bring brand storytelling to life.

  • Maintain daily communications with Campus Reps and Campus Ambassadors through Geneva, social media and person to person interaction

  • Be the voice of Bubble on your campus through word of mouth marketing and hosting campus events

Proactive Outreach

  • Work with the community team to conduct effective outreach for new community members recruitment and onboarding

  • Brainstorm ways to grow and expand the current brand ambassador, campus ambassador and future ambassador programs

  • Be familiar with Bubble’s social media landscape and audience to identify potential new college ambassadors

  • Recruit new college ambassadors on campus and through social media

Location:


  • This position is based in our New York City office, 3 days a week in the office.
