Position Overview:

The HVAC Sales Manager at Streamline Services plays a crucial role in driving the success of our residential HVAC operations. This dynamic position requires a goal-oriented leader with a solid drive to excel in a metrics-driven environment. The Sales Manager will oversee the market area, ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds performance targets. This role involves evaluating market trends, coaching and motivating the sales team and serving as a technical resource to enhance their knowledge and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for residential HVAC operations and achieve or surpass monthly performance targets.
  • Provide support and guidance to the ISR team, collaborating on sales strategies and ensuring seamless integration with the field sales team.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to keep the sales team engaged and productive during slow season.
  • Run sales calls as needed for planned and unplanned absences of Sales
  • Evaluate and oversee the market area to ensure sales team objectives are met.
  • Increase revenue and conversion rates within the department.
  • Serve as a technical trainer and resource for the sales team on energy efficiency improvements, HVAC options, installations, and best practices.
  • Coach, educate, motivate, and guide each advisor to exceed their goals.
  • Lead and strategize in weekly sales meetings and host one-on-one sessions with the sales team.
  • Present accurate reports to HVAC operations management weekly.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the HVAC Operations Manager, Service Managers & Install Manager.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications and licensing.
  • Execute company processes, complete paperwork accurately and timely, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relations.
  • Work with the HVAC Install Coordinator to ensure excellent customer service from order to delivery.
  • Read mechanical drawings to determine proper HVAC locations for HVAC Install projects.
  • Enhance sales skills and product knowledge continuously.
Qualifications:
  • HVAC Sales background is required
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC products, services, and system design (required)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to excel in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, self-discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized planner adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Strong basic business mathematical skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
