The Sales Associate at Infiniti of Akron is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry based in Akron, Ohio. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling Infiniti vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers. You will play a key role in promoting the Infiniti brand and helping customers find their dream car. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the auto industry and possess excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, features, and benefits to effectively sell to customers
- Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct test drives with customers and showcase the features of Infiniti vehicles
- Understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of customers and provide personalized recommendations
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and competition to effectively position Infiniti vehicles in the market
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize opportunities for sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
