Job Description

  • Works in a dynamic, secure cloud environment with expertise in multiple IT disciplines and technologies

Your Role

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Plan and manage system capacity to optimize resource usage and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate and oversee the release and deployment of products, while continuously improving existing processes
  • Automate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer success
  • Utilize the Dynatrace platform to monitor and optimize system performance and user experience.
Qualifications

  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in at least one Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Eager to work on high scale, highly secure systems
  • Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active Directory
  • Knowledgeable about SAML in the use of SSO applications
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, ideally with experience working with Kubernetes
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Computer Science Degree or related field and 2 plus years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certifiications
