Position Overview:

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in rental operations, with a strong background in the material handling industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
