Resumen del Trabajo - Como Material Handling and Sales Associate, formarás parte de un equipo dedicado a mejorar las ventas y la satisfacción del cliente mediante la asistencia eficiente y cortés a los clientes y representantes de ventas en la selección y adquisición de productos HVAC necesarios. Retirarás productos del almacén y ayudarás a los clientes a cargar sus vehículos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Atender a los clientes en el mostrador y por teléfono, tomando pedidos y registrándolos en el sistema de manera precisa.
  • Utilizar de manera precisa el sistema informático y otras tecnologías para completar las siguientes tareas:
    1. Ingreso de pedidos
    2. Facturación y cobro si es asignado por el gerente
    3. Mantener archivos de datos de costos/precios para proporcionar retroalimentación del mercado
    4. Control de inventario
    5. Procesar pagos con tarjeta de crédito
    6. Coordinar con contabilidad para establecer nuevos clientes
    7. Notificar al Administrador de Compras si los artículos en stock alcanzan cantidades bajas.
  • Utilizar catálogos electrónicos/publicados y plataformas de comercio electrónico para proporcionar información sobre productos, precios y disponibilidad a los clientes y nuestro equipo de ventas.
  • Proporcionar cotizaciones formales a los clientes para productos de almacén según se solicite.
  • Asistir a los asistentes de ventas con cotizaciones de productos de almacén, disponibilidad, precios y redacción de pedidos.
  • Colaborar en pequeñas estimaciones que puedan ser completadas potencialmente desde el almacén.
  • Trabajar con el gerente y el equipo de ventas para desarrollar una lista de clientes para llamadas semanales.
  • Seguir las pautas y políticas de precios y crédito de la empresa.
  • Resolver o encontrar a alguien que resuelva rápidamente los problemas de los clientes.
  • Aumentar las ventas promoviendo nuevos productos y ofertas mensuales.
  • Promover y vender excedentes, artículos dañados y discontinuados.
  • Manejar quejas y devoluciones de clientes de manera profesional y positiva.
  • Mantener las áreas de exhibición y mostrador limpias y atractivas.
  • Mantener un sistema de archivo.
  • Asistir en conteos de inventario físico.
  • Asistir a reuniones de capacitación de productos.
  • Desarrollar experiencia técnica y conocimiento de los productos de la empresa.
  • Ser un jugador de equipo con una actitud proactiva.
  • Retirar productos del almacén utilizando tickets de pedido y ayudar a cargar en los vehículos de los clientes.
  • Mantener el stock del almacén organizado y limpio.
  • Recibir productos de manera precisa y almacenarlos de manera oportuna.
  • Buscar constantemente formas de mejorar la disposición de la sala de exhibición.
  • Considerar artículos adicionales para exhibir en la sala de exhibición y en puntos de venta.
  • Colaborar con la gerencia en la lluvia de ideas para aumentar las ventas.
  • Mantener la certificación de montacargas.
  • Mantener un área de trabajo segura y seguir todas las regulaciones de seguridad de la empresa.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia en operaciones de almacén y manejo de materiales preferida.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

  • El trabajo se realiza en un entorno de almacén con exposición a temperaturas y condiciones variables.
  • Requiere levantar, cargar y mover artículos pesados.
  • Pueden implicar estar de pie, caminar y conducir durante períodos prolongados.
