We serve more than 50 families each year across 9 counties and 2 program sites in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. With integrated services including case management and behavioral health, CATCH's person-centered model of care offers the families that we serve individualized care, rental assistance, home visits, and stabilization supports.

The Behavioral Health Therapist reports to…and works in a multi-disciplinary team of case managers, consultants, and landlord liaisons. This position will provide time-limited therapeutic interventions to clients served in order to improve psychosocial functioning.

  • Plan and provide mental health treatment services to patients in an individual or family setting.

  • Manage and coordinate the reassessment of the treatment plan, which may include an adjustment of treatment intervention or goals, and transition or termination planning.

  • Comply with all current CATCH policies, including HIPAA policies.

  • Make appropriate referrals.

  • Attend and participate in all staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.
