Summary:

The Procurement Coordinator serves as a liaison to the Executives and Senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining inventory sheets for plateware, leatherware, and other items for all venues. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the proper orders are placed so that each item remains at the set par level. The OS&E Manager must be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.   



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate monthly inventory guides for all OS&E materials.
  • Produce, submit and award purchase order for OS&E materials. 
  • Receive and monitor all requests for supplies from venues and Executive management based on needs via Monday.com and procurement system.
  • Coordinate materials transfer from offsite warehouses to venues as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.  
  • Assist Director Supply Chain in prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.  

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with purchasing and inventory processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.   
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.   
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Must be organized and meticulous in their work.

Physical Demands And Work Environment:

  • General office assignments-(typing), which lends itself to repetitive motion.
  • Sitting in a stationary position for several hours within the day.
  • Be able to visit properties and warehouse when needed.
  • Pick up boxes up to 20lbs.
