What will I be doing?
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Therapist Programs.
- Contributes to the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of all employees within the program in coordination with the human resources department.
- Contributes to the development of and assures the administration of all policy, procedure, and record keeping systems related to program development.
- Responsible for the financial performance of individual programs; completes purchasing of program supplies; and reviews and submits billing compliance documentation.
- Maintains and fosters relations with individuals receiving services, families, guardians, case managers, and referral agents.
- Oversees program quality enhancement and develops individual program plans
- Coordinates company standards, licensing requirements, and individuals supported needs; reviews and submits incident reports.
- Provides leadership including direct supervision of assigned staff utilizing situational leadership.
Am I a good fit?
- Ability to supervise professional staff, including therapists and clinicians.
- Ability to address and prioritize multiple task demands within established timeframes.
- Ability to read, prepare, and analyze data, transcripts, and documents relating to client records.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete and abstract variables in standardized situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including the use of e-mail, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Qualified Supervisor in FL (preferred)
