The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible for accounting duties such as AP, AR, deposits and issue checks for the local branch.
  • Manage accounts receivable collections, ensuring follow-up on outstanding invoices
  • Assist with Customer Service including data entry and processing return requests.
  • Assist Operations Manager with facility management. Contractor/appointment meeting, etc.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • Receive and register visitors.
  • Manage and place order of supplies for office and warehouse.

EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE:

  • Previous experience in an office manager or administrative role.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous B2B collection experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of computers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Local Pay Range$24—$28 USD
